Summer of 2001 Part 2

 Well, I said before that I probably will never finish the Ichiro retrospective set numbered to only 5.  But I really wanted the rookie reprint autograph for the set and to go along with the Clearly Authentic rookie reprint autograph.  I know it is cliche, but it's just such an iconic card of one of my favorite players.  Ichiro was such a fantastic player, mold-destroyer, and role model for many.  He is also a tragic hero, if you know anything about the relationship that he had with his father.  It's really, truly sad.  But even then, you can just appreciate him for the greatness on the field that he had, as well as his ethic and longevity.  Few did it better, and few did it longer.
