The Voice of God

You've heard of the hand of God, but what about the voice of God?

How does a guy who has been blind since age 12, and whose parents were recommended to abort him due to disability, become one of the most beloved performers of all time?  Well, for starters, it'd be nice to have a singing voice that Celine Dion herself compared to God's voice.  (The exact quote was "If God would have a singing voice, he must sound a lot like Andrea Bocelli.")  

Sometimes card companies make cool stuff.  I think Leaf Pop Century is definitely among those cool things.  And not just the rappers and hip hop guys make it into the product.  Not just the models and pornography actresses. But some real bonafide talent as well.  I'm so overjoyed they made cards for him and had him sign on card.  Not that I am trying to hate on blind people, but can you imagine the logistics of trying to get Bocelli to sign on a sticker?

It's a beautiful card and a beautiful picture and a fantastic reminder of what humanity is capable of.  If you've never heard Andrea Bocelli sing, you're absolutely missing out on one of the greatest vocalists of all time.  Do yourself a favor and queue up his spotify channel.  You'll be amazed at the depth and breadth and the pure emotion of his voice.  Don't take it from me, go see for yourself.  Pun intended.
