2020 Topps Transcendent Party Part 1

Another year, another Topps Transcendent party.  But this time, it was going to be different because it was Ken Griffey Jr.  It's not like Mike Trout was anything to shake a stick at, but every kid has one true idol and sports hero growing up.  For me, and millions of others like me, it was, is, and always will be Ken Griffey Jr.  So we gathered our stuff up, packed for the baby, and carted our gear down to Arizona for another year of spring training baseball and Topps fun.

First off the bat, I will say that the resort last year was quite a bit nicer than the hotel this year.  It's not as if the room wasn't amazing or anything, because it was beautiful.  But there was just something special about having a bungalow in the desert hills that was just beautiful.  This hotel was in downtown Phoenix and didn't even have parking ;)  The room keys were neat just like last year.  We got Ken Griffey Jr. and Bryce Harper.  When we were checking out on Sunday after the event, we asked for extra keys.  There were a ton of Harper and a few Cody Bellingers.  No more Vlad, Trout, Griffey, or Acuna to be seen. 

The night before, we got in after midnight.  With the baby in tow, we just crashed hard with the anticipation of baseball to come.
