Off-Brand Autographs

Back in the late 1990's, there was a rash of off-brand autograph cards that were trying to capitalize on the sportscard market.  These sets produced a lot of affordable and honestly really clean on card autographs that are still collectible.  I'm talking about the Hillshire Farms cards of the world.  But one of the neat ones to come out are the Sports Illustrated cards which are serial numbered.  The only real problem is that these are also Fleer cards, and nobody is really clear what happened with all of the Fleer cards during the bankruptcy proceedings.  Honestly, I'm not sure what to think about this card, other than I have about 20 other Mays autographs and this one looks pretty legitimate to me.  Doesn't hurt that the card is in an authenticated slab, either.
