A Dram to Remember Part 5

 When you are a mad scientist, you are a mad scientist and can't help things.  I can't help things.  So I have to experiment with infusions.  You take a really good base bourbon, versatile and flavorful, and add good ingredients.  Let it sit, then see how things go.  Rinse, repeat with modification, document, improve.  These are a picture of some of my various infusions.  This isn't the only way to play around with modifying bourbon, but one of the easier and more fun things that anyone can do.  I got the 1L glass bottles on Amazon and they do amazingly for this application.
